Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's or PhD in a related technical field
• At least 2 years in semiconductor process development or equipment evaluation
• Proficiency in Python, R and SQL for analysis and modeling
• Experience with automation tools like Visual Basic; familiarity with E3, FDC and RMS
• Strong data analytics to support SPC, DOE and defect analysis
• Understanding of process flows and yield impacts; ability to work under timelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly processes for advanced packaging technologies (wafer-level packaging, die stacking Chip on Wafer, Chip to Wafer)
• Evaluate and promote new equipment and materials to enhance process capabilities
• Ensure defense coverage: correlation between defense mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives; integrate manufacturing processes for quality control
• AI: integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
