Seoulstart is seeking an accomplished senior recruiter to own the full lifecycle for complex, senior-level searches across G&A, CX, EAA, and IT roles in a fast-growth tech environment. You will build pipelines, partner with leaders, and translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven success closing candidates across G&A and technical functions.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.
