• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven success closing candidates across G&A and technical functions.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level searches across G&A, CX, EAA, and IT roles
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to sustain hiring velocity
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
• Design and pilot recruiting processes that help the team scale globally
