Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer (Core & Reliability) to drive architectural design and lifecycle reliability of thermal management systems across its regional data center footprint. You will lead design, selection of equipment, and ensure uptime SLAs while supporting high-density client requirements.

The role involves embedding Design-for-Reliability principles, performing FMEA, and leveraging telemetry/BMS data to optimize PUE/WUE.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure design and operations.
• Strong expertise in CFD, flow modeling, liquid cooling and high-density HVAC systems.
• Experience with design-for-reliability and lifecycle engineering in data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee thermal management system architecture for regional data center footprint.
• Lead reliability and lifecycle engineering, using FMEA, predictive maintenance, and RCA follow-up.
• Provide technical validation and support for complex client deployments across Singapore and Malaysia.
