Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer for data centers to lead thermal management design and liquid/high-density cooling initiatives. You will drive scalable mechanical solutions, evaluate equipment, and apply reliability practices across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include collaborating with design, construction, commissioning and operations teams to ensure compliant, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting regional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification (PE/CEng) preferred.
• 10+ years in mission-critical infrastructure or data centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of thermal management and cooling systems for data centers.
• Develop scalable mechanical designs for continuity and growth.
• Evaluate mechanical equipment for performance and reliability.
• Apply reliability engineering principles throughout projects.
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
