Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with ICP/CCP plasma etch in semiconductor process development.
• Strong understanding of plasma-surface interactions, etch chemistry, profile control and equipment fundamentals.
• Solid foundation in plasma physics and semiconductor process integration.
• Experience developing/refining dry etch processes for advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Explore advanced dry etch methods to meet structural, electrical, yield, and integration needs.
• Develop new plasma chemistries and equipment capabilities for future nodes.
• Apply data analytics and AI/ML tools to accelerate process learning and improve etch performance.
• Drive pathfinding through automation and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Wet Etch, Diffusion, Lithography, CMP, and Device teams.
