Job summary

You will apply AI/ML tools, data analytics, and predictive modeling to accelerate learning, collaborating with Process Integration and other disciplines to push manufacturability forward.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with ICP and CCP plasma etch in semiconductor development.
• Strong understanding of plasma–surface interactions and etch chemistry.
• PhD/MS with 7–10 years in dry etch/semiconductor process development.

Responsibilities

• Explore advanced dry etch methods to satisfy NAND roadmap requirements.
• Develop new plasma chemistries and equipment capabilities for future nodes.
• Apply data analytics and AI/ML to accelerate process learning and yield.
