Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is recruiting for a School Support Specialist to join a primary school in Yishun, Singapore.

You will work with the School’s Student Development Team on student engagement, restorative practices, intervention work and parent engagement for primary students, with a 1-year contract term and school-term hours.

Responsibilities include planning restorative sessions, mentoring identified students, and documenting outcomes with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development or Youth Work.
• Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity under SWSQ.
• At least 1 year of experience in a mainstream primary school supporting primary students.

Responsibilities

• Support student engagement and wellbeing as part of the Student Development Team.
• Plan and facilitate restorative practices and team-based interventions.
• Maintain confidential documentation of student progress and outcomes.
