Job summary

CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (SGP) PTE. LTD. is seeking a technician to conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance for Refrigeration and HVAC equipment in line with the schedule.

You will maintain assets data, ensure proper job closures, keep work areas clean and safe, coordinate with procurement, and communicate with store and warehouse managers to ensure preventive works run smoothly. Qualifications

• Possess practical experience in servicing refrigeration and/or HVAC system
• Strong understanding in refrigeration and HVAC concepts and control technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Participate in an on-call roster; for standby and weekend duties
• Possess a clean drivers license for commercial vehicle
• Possess Working at Height certificate is an advantage
• Demonstrate an ability to work with minimum supervision, to proactively and flexibly anticipate and resolve issues, so that when critical breakdown issues occurs, it is minimized.
• Strong customer focuses, able to develop a strong partnership with retail store managers

Responsibilities

• To conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance for Refrigeration & HVAC equipment as per checklist to the highest standards within the schedule
• Maintain all assets data for which you have responsibility to the latest status
• To ensure that all jobs assigned to, have perform the necessary closed down to effectively update the system for the entire visibility of the operation works
• Maintain the work area in clean and safe environment at all time
• To ensure that all parts required to perform the job is ordered and clearly communicated to the procurement team at the soonest time available to ensure no delay in ordering and purchase
• Communicate effectively and clearly, to the individual store managers & warehouse managers, and their teams, as required for any preventive works
• Highlight any issue and provide any recommendation to improve the equipment performance and reduce breakdown
• Any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned.
