Job summary

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to run restaurant and bar operations within a luxury, full-service hotel. You will manage staff, budgets, and guest experiences across multiple venues, ensuring top-tier service and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and 5+ years of management experience, with fluent English. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, including management experience.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and bar operations in a luxury hotel setting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls for F&B department.
• Develop marketing programs and monitor local competition and trends.
• Ensure staff are trained to quality and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Finance, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering).
• May serve as Manager on Duty or assist with other duties as assigned.
