You’ll shape culture, strategy and the centre’s success through operations and pedagogy. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, enhance learning environments, build strong relationships with families and the wider community, and model the centre’s mission and values for a thriving early childhood

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or equivalent.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations while upholding Star Learners' standards.
• Promote a culture of mentoring, professional growth and collaboration.
• Lead initiatives to enhance learning environments and classroom quality.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community.
• Set an example through embodying the centre's mission, vision and values.
