• Experience of 1–2 years as Preschool Principal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children.
• Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Communicate with parents effectively and build trust to address concerns and feedback promptly.
• Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teachers to improve performance standards and competencies.
• Handle center administrative matters and enrollment.
• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
