Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a recognized ECDA leadership qualification (DPE-L, DECCE-L, ADECL) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading preschool operations and driving program quality.
• Strong communication and people management skills essential for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum.
• Ensure the Center's curriculum aligns with the organization’s mission, vision and values.
• Strengthen and maintain the school's reputation within the community and with parents.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with standards.
