Job summary

STAR LEARNERS GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Centre Principal to lead with heart and vision, ensuring educators thrive, children flourish and families feel supported.

You’ll shape culture, strategy and the centre’s success through operations and pedagogy. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, enhance learning environments, build strong relationships with families and the wider community, and model the centre’s mission and values for a thriving early childhood

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or equivalent.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
