Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Preschool Principal to lead a kindergarten program in Singapore. You will set curriculum goals, oversee a team of early childhood teachers, and direct the overall management of the preschool to ensure high-quality education and child development.

You will manage government licensing, liaise with ECDA, communicate effectively with parents, and implement center initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget control.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership or ECDA-recognized certificates.
• 1–2 years of experience as Preschool Principal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children.
• Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to address concerns and feedback on a timely basis.
• Responsible for all government-related matters such as ECDA licensing, including renewing and maintaining the license.
• Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programs to carry them out.
• Review current policies, procedures and programs to identify ways to improve standards of preschools and future acquisitions.
• Ensure daily operations are in order and compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teachers to foster collaborative learning, teaching and evaluation to improve performance and competencies.
• Implementation of center programs, initiatives and events.
• Handle center administrative matters and enrollment.
• Determine licensing, health and safety regulations from start to local regulatory requirements.
• Management and optimization of center resources.
• Prepare budget and control expenditures.
