Job summary

KEY TRUST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for a leadership role in childcare in Singapore. You will manage a team to inspire children and their communities while overseeing the smooth operations of the centre.

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or related fields, and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, alongside excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care.
• Experience leading and managing a team in SPARK Accreditation process.
• Experience managing a centre with a capacity of at least 150 children is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and ensure centre viability.
• Mentor a team of professional teachers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and event planning of the centre.

Education
