Job summary

Dell Inc. is seeking a pre-sales technical support specialist to empower field sales teams during the sales process. You will ensure the technical validity and interoperability of proposed solutions and align them with customers' strategic business plans.

You will provide technical expertise to the sales organization, deliver product demonstrations to technical buyers, and collaborate with internal specialists to scope projects and coordinate activities at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise to sales organization in selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product and services applications and solutions
• Delivers technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and applications to technical users/buyers
• Prepares detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling high-end product and solutions
• Provides project scoping and co-ordinates internal specialists and inter-department activities
• Regularly attends customer sites and makes sales away from the office
• Assists sellers in creating demand for product
