Job summary

CHINA UNICOM (SINGAPORE) OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Presales & Solutions Specialist to support Cloud, Data Center, AI Infrastructure, Networking, and enterprise ICT solutions.

You will collaborate with Presales and Product teams, participate in customer requirement analyses, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with vendors across Singapore and the ASEAN region. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in presales, cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure.
• Solid cloud, networking, and enterprise IT fundamentals.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer requirement gathering and preliminary technical analysis.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, BOMs, and quotations.
• Conduct product and solution research based on customer specs.
• Support RFI/RFP/tender activities with technical information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on technical requirements.
