Job summary

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking an AI Presales Technical Support professional in Singapore to drive AI-related solutions across CTG’s network, cloud, and security products. The role involves requirement discussions, use-case analysis, and end-to-end technical design.

You will work with Account Managers on technical discussions, deliver solution presentations, and support tender activities to ensure competitive, feasible, and implementable AI solutions for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ICT industry experience.
• Strong understanding of ML, NLP, DL and LLM concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and AI tooling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support for AI-related solutions and discuss customer requirements.
• Design integrated AI + Telecom/ICT solutions for varied business scenarios.
• Prepare technical proposals and conduct solution presentations with Account Managers.
• Support tender and bid activities with technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Keep abreast of AI trends and translate technologies into viable solutions.
• Assist in market enablement, training, and regional AI project delivery.
• Coordinate internal AI capabilities to support regional projects.
• Consult on AI transformation roadmaps and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners for integration and solution development.
