Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a recognised organisation to hire a Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC) to join the team in Singapore. You will lead product demonstrations, support technical discovery with Sales, translate customer requirements into scalable PKI solutions, and provide expert guidance on Enterprise PKI while supporting integrations and pilots.

We are seeking a customer-focused professional with PKI, cloud/container experience and strong networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, ISC2, GIAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of PKI, information security, compliance (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS) and cloud/container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, servers, desktops, VMs and command-line tools.
• Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, network configuration, firewalls and routers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, conferences and customer events.
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery, qualification, business cases, RFPs/RFQs and solution architecture.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure PKI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide expert technical guidance on Enterprise PKI and support customers with complex integration challenges.
• Support customer API integrations, testing, pilots, POCs and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Professional Services on product requirements, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Develop solution guides, technical documentation, training materials and internal enablement resources.
• Manage multiple technical projects independently while staying current on PKI, cybersecurity, competitor solutions and emerging technologies.
