Job summary

Certis is seeking a Presales Consultant in Singapore to design, propose, and present end-to-end IT infrastructure and security solutions. You will lead technical discussions with customers, craft architectures, and develop tender-ready proposals in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

You will work on enterprise networks, cybersecurity, and integrated security platforms, ensuring compliant, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for government and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or infrastructure consulting.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand operational, business, and technical requirements.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, scope of work, and bill of materials.
• Prepare tender responses, RFP/RFQ submissions, and technical compliance matrices.
• Present solution designs, value propositions, and demonstrations to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors for solution validation and bid/tender support.
