Job summary

Eternami is seeking a Client Experience Lead to drive a premium five-star service experience at our wellness centre in Singapore. You will be the main touchpoint for guests, guiding their healing journey from entry through coaching introductions and program matching.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality-related degree and demonstrate a genuine interest in health coaching, nutrition, or holistic therapies, with the ability to balance empathy and candor while handling feedback gracefully.

Qualifications

• Hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Genuine, active interest in health coaching, nutrition, or holistic therapies preferred
• Able to balance empathy with candor and handle client feedback gracefully

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure every client experiences a seamless, warm, and premium environment
• Act as the primary touchpoint for guests, actively listening to their needs and understanding their personal wellness goals
• Use emerging interest in health coaching to offer foundational guidance, matching clients with the right practitioners and programs
• Train, guide, and mentor the guest relations team to deliver intuitive and deeply personalized service

Education
