Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our MBS/ION Store in Singapore. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales by engaging clients and conveying Loro Piana values, while maintaining exceptional service according to brand standards.

You will build long-term relationships, recruit new clients, and ensure smooth daily store operations, balancing product knowledge with superior client service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven clienteling experience within a luxury retail environment is essential.
• Self-motivated, a good team player with a can-do attitude.
• Thrives in a high-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Client Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proactively recruit new clients and upgrade existing ones through clienteling.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house are well-managed.
