Job summary

The Prada Group is seeking a Client Advisor for its Singapore store. You will uphold brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales process, collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store atmosphere, and focus on achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will actively engage with customers, present products, and support CRM-driven relationships to promote the brand. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with fashion trends, assist in cross-selling and after-sales service,

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand standards in-store.

Responsibilities

• Align with brand style and standards throughout sales and after-sales process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store atmosphere and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in welcoming customers, identifying needs, presenting and promoting products, and processing purchases.
