Qualifications

• Singapore citizen, SPR, or holding a legal pass to working in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion luxury retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Meticulous, detailed and organized.
• Familiar with CRM in day-to-day operations.
• Fluent in social media platforms - as creator / as persona in social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales & customer services in boutique to achieve sales targets
• Handle enquiries and respond to customers' feedback in professional manner
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in daily operations and perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
