Job summary

Loro Piana in Singapore’s MBS/ION store is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to drive sales, engage clients, and convey the brand values. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will build loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury fashion, proven clienteling experience, a proactive, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or similar capacity.
• Proven clienteling experience in a luxury retail environment is essential.
• Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and good teamwork.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge while upholding top customer standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, and retain/upgrade existing clients through clienteling and service.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house are well-organised.
