in Singapore is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of 15-20 clients and ensure their healthspan plans are executed across our clinic, external specialists, and any city they are in. You will report to the COO and work daily with physicians, PTs, and the AI Healthspan Copilot behind every client’s plan, coordinating sessions, tests, and visits while delivering proactive, personalized service.

Qualifications

• At least five years in high-touch client relationship management or similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with discretion.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or hospitality management is a plus.
• Adept with software and AI tools; quick to learn and adapt.
• Keen personal interest in health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 15-20 clients and be their main contact.
• Ensure healthspan plans are executed across clinic, external specialists and cities.
• Report to the COO and collaborate with physicians, PTs, and the AI Healthspan Copilot.
