Job summary

Elyx Life, a premium healthspan startup in Singapore, seeks a Client Relations Lead to own a portfolio of 15–20 high-touch clients. You’ll coordinate sessions, liaise with physicians and specialists, and ensure each healthspan plan is executed across clinics and providers. The role blends frontline service with startup ops, in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll report to the COO, work 9am–6pm, with occasional after-hours support, and participate in building SOPs to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in high-touch client-facing roles.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own 15–20 client relationships and be the main contact.
• Coordinate sessions, appointments and logistics for clients.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Support with front-of-house duties and ops SOPs.
