Job summary

Elyx Life is seeking a founding-stage product leader to own the member experience across digital and service touchpoints, aligning the member app, provider app, and internal tools into one cohesive experience.

You will run continuous discovery with members, prospects, and domain experts, translate learnings into shippable requirements, and measure outcomes to inform the next iteration. Singapore-based, full-time, reporting to Head of Product & Commercial.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in healthspan and biohacking means understanding value for sophisticated users.
• Strong ability to translate insights into measurable product requirements.
• Quantitative thinking under uncertainty to prioritise actions with impact.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous discovery with members, prospects, and domain experts.
• Test ideas against value, usability, viability, and scientific defensibility before build.
• Author and own product requirements and shepherd them through engineering & operations.
• Measure member outcomes and feed learnings back into the next iteration.
