Job summary

MORROW in Singapore is hiring a contract Events & Sales Support Executive for six months to own the events calendar end to end and to support membership consultants. Hands-on and varied work, building guest lists one week and running the room the next.

You'll plan partner dinners, clinical talks and activations, manage venues and vendors, and run on-site events while tracking attendance and spend. CRM lead follow-up and sales support are also included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in events management for premium/private client settings.
• Strong project management across multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing manner in person, phone and writing.
• Confident with senior internal stakeholders and founders.
• Willing to work evenings and occasional weekends; Singapore work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the events calendar: partner dinners, clinical talks, activations, wellness experiences, previews.
• Manage venues, vendors, F&B, AV, collateral and gifting to a high standard.
• Own guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking and follow-up; build run sheets.
• Run events on site: setup, reception, flow, issue resolution, teardown; report attendance and spend.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data, coordinate post-event follow-up; prepare proposals and briefs.
