Job summary

MORROW is Singapore's integrated longevity destination at 10 Coleman Street. We are hiring a six-month contract Events & Sales Support Executive to own that calendar end to end and to support membership consultants in converting attendance into membership.

You will plan events and manage guest lists, run sheets and on-site needs while coordinating with clinicians, partners and internal stakeholders. Evening and weekend work is required in a premium, private-client setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in events management in premium settings.
• Proven track record delivering guest experiences in private-member or invitation-only environments.
• Strong project management across multiple events at once.
• Excellent client-facing communication with discretion and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the events calendar: partner dinners, clinical talks, activations and wellness experiences.
• Manage venues, vendors, F&B, AV, collateral and gifting to a high standard.
• Own guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking and follow-up.
• Build run sheets and briefing notes; brief clinicians, consultants and partners before events.
• Run events on site: setup, guest reception, flow, issue resolution and teardown.
• Report on attendance, conversion and spend against budget.
