Job summary

Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to vehicle handover. You will assess client needs, recommend suitable models, conduct test drives, and present financing and trade-in options to close sales.

You will maintain product knowledge, follow up leads, and coordinate with Finance and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers, while building lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role.
• Experience in Salesforce preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle financing, insurance, and trade-in processes is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage walk-in, phone, and online customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and provide recommendations based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Present financing, trade-in, and insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available models, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, agreements, and loan documents accurately.
• Assist in arranging trade-in evaluations and negotiating win-win solutions for both the company and customer.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Workshop, Delivery) to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
