Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client journey across Executive Premier propositions, delivering seamless, personalised wealth management referrals.
• Define, monitor and raise service standards; address gaps and resolve complaints effectively.
• Make sound decisions within delegated authority while balancing client needs with risk appetite.
• Lead and coach a high-performing Premier team, building strong client relationships and delivering advisory conversations.
