Job summary

This role will drive expansion strategy, project execution, operational excellence and portfolio growth, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure assets are delivered efficiently, operated reliably and positioned for future scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership experience across development, construction, operations or asset management functions.
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, project feasibility, project delivery and facility operations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, schedules and contractor performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, operational standards and best practices.
• Ability to operate strategically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Regional experience across Asia Pacific would be advantageous.
