Phaidon International (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition across Singapore and the wider region.

This hunter-focused role is responsible for originating opportunities, developing a qualified sales pipeline, onboarding new clients and generating measurable revenue. Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services, private wealth, commodities, precious metals, investment products, banking, brokerage or related sector.
• Proven track record in new business generation, pipeline development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients or professional intermediaries.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML requirements would be beneficial.
• Fluent English with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients across high-net-worth, family office, private wealth, corporate and professional intermediary segments.
• Build a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events and partnerships.
• Promote physical precious metals solutions including acquisition, sale, storage, transportation and trading services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and convert opportunities into transactions and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular sales updates to senior management.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, referral partners and senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Compliance and Client Services to support onboarding and execution.

This is a hunter-focused role responsible for originating opportunities, developing a qualified sales pipeline, onboarding new clients and generating measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients across the high-net-worth, family office, private wealth, corporate and professional intermediary segments.
• Build a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events and strategic partnerships.
• Promote physical precious metals solutions, including acquisition, sale, storage, transportation and trading services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into completed transactions and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular sales updates to senior management.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, referral partners and senior decision-makers.
• Work closely with Trading, Operations, Compliance and Client Services to support onboarding and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within financial services, private wealth, commodities, precious metals, investment products, banking, brokerage or a related sector.
• Proven track record in new business generation, pipeline development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients or professional intermediaries.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• An established network within Singapore’s private wealth, family office, investment or professional services sectors would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of alternative investments, physical precious metals, KYC and AML requirements would be beneficial.
• Fluent English with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
