Job summary

COUNTRY CITY INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Precinct Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of a new lifestyle precinct opening in 2027 in Singapore.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants and ensure day-to-day site running is smooth, professional, and well-coordinated. You will support operations across our portfolio of lifestyle and heritage properties, coordinating with contractors and managing tenant onboarding and ongoing operations to deliver a premium tenant

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or building management — commercial, retail, F&B, or lifestyle properties preferred.
• Solid understanding of building systems — M&E, plumbing, electrical, ACMV — at an operational level.
• Strong people skills — able to manage tenant relationships with patience, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
• Highly organised with strong follow-through — never let a request fall through the cracks.
• Communicates clearly in written and spoken English; able to liaise with tenants, contractors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants on operational matters, including handovers, defect reporting, maintenance requests, access, utilities, and queries.
• Guide new tenants through onboarding processes and familiarize them with house rules, waste management, loading bay, access hours, and facility usage.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and flag maintenance or operational issues early.
• Coordinate and follow up on tenant-reported defects and maintenance with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain an organised tenant communications log with a clear record of queries and resolutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operational condition of the precinct and shared facilities across buildings.
• Coordinate with external contractors for routine maintenance, ad-hoc repairs, and scheduled servicing (M&E, pest control, landscaping, cleaning).
• Monitor service contracts to ensure work is on schedule, to standard, and within budget.
• Maintain an asset register with equipment, maintenance schedules, and service histories.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, building maintenance, and environmental health standards.
