Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Lead to oversee the Singapore site’s engineering operations, with a strong focus on client relationships and operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily maintenance, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive safety and efficiency across building systems, ensuring reliable services for the client site and its occupants.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of facilities or engineering operations experience.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Independent and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading engineering teams, vendors, and site operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations for the Singapore site.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted operational partner.
• Manage and mentor the engineering team, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service partners to ensure quality delivery and compliance.
• Ensure building systems, preventive maintenance, and critical infrastructure are operating effectively.
• Drive operational improvements, problem-solving, and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Support budgeting, reporting, scheduling, and maintenance planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and workplace standards.
