Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Pre-Sales focused professional to act as the single point of contact for allocated customer groups. You will drive yearly sales, handle customised product inquiries, and coordinate with SVM/purchasing to obtain quotes.

Strong communication and timely responses per SLA are essential to success. The role requires proactive customer engagement, tracking of opportunities, and regular updates to the manager.

Qualifications

• Yearly sales targets for allocated groups.
• SPOC for Pre-sales activities and enquiries.
• Ability to coordinate with SVM and purchasing planning.

Responsibilities

• Yearly sales target achievement on the allocated customer groups.
• Being accountable as SPOC for Pre-sales activities
• Handle customized product enquiries and price topics.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with SVM and/or Purchasing Planning Team to obtain competitive quotes for special/standard articles or third party cable accessories.
• Pro-active in customer engagement and timely response to customer queries as per SLA’s
• Opportunities/Enquiries tracking & follow up with allocated customer groups.
• Regular quotation updates to the reporting Manager (sales meeting, monthly review)
• Responsible to create/enhance a good communication channel with allocated customers groups.
