GMPD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee the preparation of Prata, Goreng and Dosa.

You will implement standardized SOPs, maintain equipment and hygiene, and lead the kitchen and service teams to achieve high operational standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cost control, and proactive handling of customer feedback to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualificações

• Experience in Prata flipping and managing the kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead and train kitchen and service teams.
• Strong focus on food quality and hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced supervision and hands-on support in preparation of Prata, Goreng and Dosa.
• Develop and enforce standardized recipe SOPs for all key menu items.
• Maintain kitchen facilities, equipment, and hygiene compliance.
• Lead, coach and train kitchen and service teams to high standards.
• Monitor daily sales, wastage, food cost and operating expenses.
• Address customer feedback and quality concerns promptly.
• Take full ownership of kitchen operations, food quality, staff performance and discipline.
