Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Science or engineering background preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with student records management and progression tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Adobe software.
• Experience in higher education or postgraduate coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer postgraduate student life cycle activities including admission, enrolment, module registration, progression, examination, and graduation.
• Maintain accurate student records for reporting and audits.
• Coordinate with departments, supervisors, and graduate committees to facilitate processes.
• Support implementation of policies and quality assurance for postgraduate programmes.
• Manage day-to-day postgraduate office operations and timelines.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management.
