Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, IHL preferred.
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to gather data, prepare reports, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of one Specialised Master’s programme, ensuring policy compliance.
• Plan and coordinate academic calendar, timetable, course registration, teaching evaluations, examinations, and class logistics.
• Support curriculum planning and academic administration with the Academic Director.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme operations.
• Manage faculty scheduling, appointment letters, course materials, assessments, and support instructors.
• Maintain student records and provide timely academic/administrative support.
• Prepare and monitor programme budgets, process invoices and faculty payments, ensure financial compliance.
• Plan and organise programme-related events including orientations, networking activities, social events, and graduation ceremonies.
