Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, covering leasing and facilities management, to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and space utilisation.

You will manage tenant relationships, lease administration, facilities contractors, and day-to-day property operations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality tenant experience in Singapore.

What the role is:

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing leasing and facilities management functions to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and utilisation of properties. The role involves managing tenant relationships, lease administration, facilities management contractors, and day-to-day property operations, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive tenant experience.

What you will be working on:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, covering both leasing and facilities management functions.
• Administer tenancy matters, including lease renewals, variations, tenant onboarding and lease compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
• Coordinate and manage facilities management contractors to ensure the proper operation, maintenance and upkeep of properties.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Understand tenants' business and space requirements and provide appropriate property management solutions.
• Balance commercial, operational and stakeholder considerations to support the effective management of the property portfolio.

What we are looking for:

• Background in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management or a related discipline preferred.
• Meticulous, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leasing, property management or facilities management will be an advantage.
