Job summary

CAMBIASO & RISSO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a port agent to support vessel turnaround, handling port formalities, bunkering, cargo and cruise operations, and related administrative duties in a dynamic environment.

The role involves coordinating port calls, berthing, and liaison with authorities, with training provided where needed. Applicants with cruise port experience or WSH certification are valued.

Qualifications

• N/O level or higher
• 1–2 years of port agent experience
• WSH certification or cruise port agency experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute port calls for cargo and cruise vessels to ensure safe and timely turnaround.
• Coordinate port agency work, berth/terminal arrangements, and immigration/customs formalities.
• Handle operational and husbandry matters for port calls, including bunkering, crew changes, stores, and spares.
• Attend vessels as boarding officer for CTM delivery and related requirements.
• Prepare and issue PDA and forward to Principals; verify and submit VAT/port invoices for FDA.
• Supervise port calls in other countries as Hub Agent with local partners.
