Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre invites a Senior Executive, Operations to oversee day-to-day polyclinic operations and overall administrative management. You will coordinate registry and records, computerised systems, finance, staff, public relations, facilities and security, ensuring business continuity and project work.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with demonstrated competency.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall management of the polyclinic.
• Manage general administrative matters including registry and records, computerised systems, finance and accounts, staff, public relations, facilities, security, materials, business continuity management and project works.
• Deliver high standards of patient care and service.
• Work closely with clinical teams and other stakeholders to maintain efficiency, safety and service excellence.
