SkillsFuture Singapore is seeking a Manager, Skills Strategy & Planning to advance the national SkillsFuture agenda, shaping policies that underpin Singapore's skills framework. The role involves end-to-end policy development, data-driven planning, and performance reviews to ensure relevance and impact.

As an individual contributor, you will analyse labour market intelligence, synthesize insights, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive intelligence-led programme development.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse labour market data and derive insights to inform policy reviews.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Effective written and verbal communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with strong learning agility to independently drive initiatives and deliver outcomes.
• Iterative mindset and comfort with fast-evolving environments.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) to support data analysis, policy research and stakeholder insights.

Responsibilities

• Policy Development and Strategic Planning: develop policies and planning for jobs and skills initiatives, including policy papers and meeting secretariat duties.
• Data Analysis and Ecosystem Development: analyse labour market data and industry feedback to derive insights for policy and programme development.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: collaborate across internal stakeholders to embed intel-driven planning into programmes and policy goals.
