Job summary

A podiatry clinic in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to work closely with Podiatrists. You will manage clinic upkeep, handle disciplinary issues, and conduct staff counselling. The ideal candidate prioritizes patient care and is involved in promoting foot health through community events. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Podiatrists to execute strategies and tasks.
• Maintain upkeep of clinics – general maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage disciplinary issues such as conduct, appearance, tardiness, etc.

Job description

· Work with Podiatrists to execute strategies and tasks.

· Perform first-level statistics with micro tactics.

· Join weekly meetings with the CA team Podiatrist.

· Maintain upkeep of clinics – general maintenance and cleanliness.

· Manage disciplinary issues such as conduct, appearance, tardiness, etc.

· Have full authority to hire and terminate CAs.

· Conduct staff counselling.

· Design general protocols and determine treatment plans appropriate for patient care in a specialist outpatient setting.

· Provide appropriate Podiatry educational materials to patients or for public awareness.

· Liaise closely with medical professionals including Family Medicine, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Dermatology, and Rheumatology to achieve coordinated patient care.

· Conduct clinical team meetings and attend multidisciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.

· Offer talks or seminars to healthcare professionals on Podiatric methods to promote foot health.

· Participate in foot health promotion projects and community awareness events.

· Pursue continuing education through relevant healthcare lectures, courses, seminars, and workshops.

· Prioritize patient care above all, embodying the guiding principle and virtue of healthcare professionalism.

· Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
