Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO.
• Able to receive, process and validate purchase orders according to SOPs.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners.

• Prepare and manage DOs for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status and documentation.
