Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore seeks a Program Manager to lead project delivery in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate with customers and the factory to meet schedules and quality targets.

Responsibilities include reviewing ECO changes, updating BOMs, and resolving material shortages to maintain schedule. PMP certification is required, with strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in manufacturing.
• Degree in Engineering or related qualification.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and align with customer and factory on the program delivery schedule.
• Ensure closure for quality-related issues with factory and customer.
• Review ECO changes and update the associate BOM to latest revision.
• Lead the program team to address order material shortages to keep production on schedule.
• Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
• Communicate End of Life items to customer for replacement planning.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
