Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Project Management Executive to oversee both short and long-term projects across the business lifecycle. You will help develop strategic program goals and monitor performance to meet business objectives.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, with PMP certification preferred and at least 3 years of manufacturing project experience. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent.
• PMP certificate or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience overseeing projects from scratch.
• Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholder.
• Familiar with RBA standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with upper management to develop strategic programs and align projects with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule and technical requirements.
• Track progress and update management on status, budgets, irregularities and risks.
