Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings across design, production, QA, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress using Gantt charts and ERP/MRP KPIs.
• Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation with production teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and change records.
